Invoicing questions, answered
Does invoicing cost extra?
No. Invoicing is part of every Artistplus plan. The free plan covers 3 invoices a month, and paid plans remove the cap and add music line-item presets, gig details on the invoice, and deposit-plus-balance pairing.
Can I add my logo and tax details?
Yes. Your business profile carries your logo, address, and tax id, and every invoice can apply a tax rate under the label your country uses, like VAT or GST. The result reads as your paperwork, not a free generator’s.
How do clients pay me?
The way they already pay you. Each invoice carries your own payment instructions, whether that is a bank transfer, PayPal, or a check at the venue, and you mark it paid when the money lands. Artistplus does not sit between you and your money.
Can I edit an invoice after sending it?
A sent invoice is locked, because the number and the amount on a client’s copy should never quietly change. If something is wrong, void it and issue a corrected one. Drafts stay editable for as long as you like.
Does it work internationally?
