Press kit

A press kit that builds itself

Your EPK is generated from your website and rebuilt when your content changes. Musicians, artists, and DJs send one short link, and the stale PDF from 2023 stays in 2023.

Generated from your site, always current

You already maintain the source: your website. The press kit reads your top songs by plays, your latest photos, your bio, and your site's own palette, and lays them into a themed two-page PDF. Change any of it and the PDF rebuilds on its own.

  • Rebuilds automatically when your content changes
  • Themed to match your website, not a generic form
  • A clean two-page PDF bookers can skim in a minute

Share it like you mean business

Your press kit lives at one short link: epk.plus followed by your name. Send it in a pitch, print it on a poster, put it in a bio. Behind it you control who gets in, and you see exactly what happened after you hit send.

  • One epk.plus short link that always serves the latest version
  • Password protection and expiry dates when you need them
  • Per-recipient links, so one leak never burns the rest
  • Open and download tracking on every share

What venues and press actually look for

A booker deciding on a support slot spends a couple of minutes with your material, and most of that on three questions. Can you play, do you have an audience, and will you be easy to work with. Your strongest two or three tracks answer the first. Real numbers and recent photos answer the second. A press kit that is current, complete, and one link away answers the third before they finish reading it.

What sinks pitches is rarely the music. It is the ZIP file of unlabeled MP3s, the photo too small to print, the bio that ends two years ago. Keeping the kit generated from your live site removes that whole failure mode. If your website is current, your press kit is current.

Your call

Automatic picks, manual overrides

The automatic selection is a default, not a verdict. Pin the songs you want a booker to hear first and choose which photos appear, and the press kit keeps regenerating around your picks.

  • Pick the exact songs and photos that appear

  • Your choices survive every regeneration

  • Or upload your own PDF and share it the same way

FAQ

Press kit questions, answered

What is an electronic press kit?

An EPK is the one document you send when someone asks "tell me about your act": a short bio, your strongest songs, good photos, and how to reach you. Venues, festivals, and press use it to decide fast. A good EPK answers their questions before they ask.

What should be in a press kit?

A short bio, two or three of your best tracks, high-resolution photos, notable press or achievements, and contact details. Artistplus assembles exactly that from your website, using your top songs by plays and your latest photos.

Do I have to rebuild it when things change?

No. When your songs, photos, or bio change on your site, your press kit is regenerated automatically. The epk.plus link you sent last month serves the current version, not the one from last month.

Can I use a PDF I already have?

Yes. Upload your own press kit and share it through the same links and tracking. The auto-generated one is there so you always have something current, not to lock you in.

Who can see my press kit?

Only people you give a link to. You can require a password, set an expiry date, and issue per-recipient links, so the version you sent one booker can be closed off without touching the others.

Which plans include the press kit?

Press kits are a paid-plan feature. Every paid plan generates one, lets you upload your own, and includes the epk.plus short link with open and download tracking. The free plan does not include a press kit.

Never email a stale PDF again

Put your site up free, and your press kit is one upgrade away from writing itself.
